These terms govern use of snoflosa.com and purchases from SNO FLO, a brand of Elysium Industries (Pty) Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. We may refuse or cancel an order where stock, pricing or payment details cannot be verified. Prices are in South African rand and may change; an order is accepted when we confirm it.

Payment and delivery

Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout, including Yoco where available. Delivery dates are estimates and depend on address, courier capacity and events outside our control. Inspect goods on delivery and contact us promptly about damage or shortages.

Returns and refunds

Consumer returns and refunds are handled under applicable South African consumer law. Contact info@elysiumindustriessa.com with your order number and the issue. Custom event bookings may have separate cancellation terms confirmed in writing.

Product use

Soft serve mix must be stored, prepared and used according to its label and food-safety requirements. Business customers are responsible for suitable equipment, premises and compliance.

Intellectual property and site use

SNO FLO content, branding, images and copy belong to Elysium Industries or its licensors. Do not copy, misuse or interfere with the site.
