Where we deliver

Anywhere in South Africa. Orders are packed at our workshop in Blackheath, Cape Town, and shipped dry by courier — no cold chain needed.

Delivery options and cost

PUDO locker-to-door, anywhere in SA — R179 per order (including VAT), whatever the size of the order.
Collect free from our workshop at A4 Wijnland Park, 20 Chardonnay Road, Blackheath, Cape Town. Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, by arrangement — we will message you when it is ready.

How long it takes

Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same or next working day. Courier delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days: 2–3 days in the Western Cape, 3–5 days to the rest of the country and outlying areas. You will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected.

Damaged or wrong goods

Check the parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged, short or not what you ordered, send a photo to orders@snoflosa.com or WhatsApp 069 685 7951 within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you — your choice, our cost.

Returns

Soft serve mix is a food product. Unopened, undamaged pouches in their original box may be returned within 7 days of delivery under the Consumer Protection Act. Contact us first for a return reference. You cover the return courier unless the return is because of our mistake. Opened pouches cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We will confirm by email when the refund has been processed.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Once a parcel has been collected by the courier the return rules above apply.
